High-speed Internet access is the core of Cyberverse's business. With a dedicated Cyberverse Internet connection, you can give your entire company reliable, high-speed Internet connectivity. Or you can use us in conjunction with your existing provider, enhancing the reliability of mission-critical systems via multihoming. Our high-speed access options include Frame Relay, ATM, full and partial T1 connections, and full and partial DS3 connections. All connect you to the Internet via our three redundant upstream Tier 1 providers using BGP4 routing protocols exceeding 100 megabits per second.

All high-speed access packages include SMTP mail feed and Usenet news access. Our strict no-spam policy keeps our - and your - IP addresses out of blacklists, thereby avoiding problems in email delivery. Cyberverse can register new domain names for you and administer your Domain Name Service. And since all Cyberverse's access solutions are easily upgradeable, your connection can grow along with your needs.

Frame Relay
Connection to a Frame Relay network requires a Frame Relay-capable router (or router card) and a CSU/DSU. Connection via Frame Relay allows you to choose your desired bandwidth.

Cyberverse takes a turn-key approach to providing Frame Relay service. This includes:

• Configuring and installing the hardware (Cisco 2501 Router and Adtran CSU/DSU).
• Monitoring your frame network access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
• Diagnosing and replacing defective equipment within four hours.
• Answering questions and assisting with issues either on or off the Internet.

Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM)
ATM connectivity is a newer technology similar to Frame Relay, but with some important differences. Among other things, ATM allows you the option of transfer speeds in excess of 45 Mbps.

Full and Partial T1 Connections
Cyberverse T1 access service is designed to be flexible and highly scalable. For example, you can start out with a 144 Kbps connection and gradually increase your bandwidth to 1.54 Mbps (or any speed in between). This service is ideal for businesses that have large numbers of Internet users, host web sites, or expect their bandwidth requirements to increase quickly.

T1 services are available at speeds of 128 Kbps, 256 Kbps, 384 Kbps, 768 Kbps, and 1.54 Mbps.

Optional redundant connectivity for T1 access pacakges is also available, and can be provided via ISDN, DSL, or redundant T1. Each of these backup options is priced separately.

Full and Partial DS3 Connections
As your company's demand for Internet bandwidth grows, Cyberverse can deliver DS3 access service in speeds from 3 Mbps to 45 Mbps in 3 Mbps increments. This service is ideally suited for businesses that host very large and/or heavily trafficked web sites, are in the web hosting business, or have over 500 Internet users.
